Trust & Verification

Vault Authentication

Every card that enters The Vault is physically inspected before it's ever listed. Here's exactly what that means and who stands behind it.

1

Intake Inspection

Every incoming card is examined under magnification and directional lighting for centering, edge wear, corner sharpness, and surface print quality before it's photographed for listing.

2

Condition Grading

Cards are assigned a condition grade using our standardized grading scale, cross-checked by a second specialist for anything listed above $50.

3

Secure Storage

Authenticated cards move into climate-controlled, access-logged storage until they ship — the same handling standard used for every order regardless of value.

Third-Party Certification

Higher-value cards carry certification from an independent grading service. You'll see the certifying body listed on the card's detail page under "Auth Status."
